Gluten is a protein naturally contained in certain cereals such as wheat, spelt, rye and barley. Over the past few years, the rise of hybrid cereals and the use of gluten as an additive in many products have brought about a significant increase in the amount of gluten we consume.Today, over one in ten people are required to cut out gluten from their diet for health reasons.
To address this issue, the whole “Le Pain des Fleurs” range is manufactured in our workshops reserved exclusively for gluten-free products. To make sure that sensitive, intolerant or allergic consumers to identify this guarantee easily, our products are also made under licence from the French Association of Persons Suffering from Gluten Intolerance (AFDIAG).
